雅思考试口语 中国传统之书法艺术

I am very pleased to have the opportunity to talk about Chinese calligraphy(中国书法), a highly-valued cultural heritage(文化遗产), and its contribution to Chinese tourism(它对中国旅游业的贡献).
An ancient Chinese saying goes that (经典句式,适合模仿:一句中国古话说的好。。。)"A mountain is famous for the immortal on it, instead of its height. A river is holy for the dragon in it, rather than its depth."(山不在高,有仙则名;水不在深,有龙则灵。)Chinese calligraphyis very different from other forms of writing. During their long history of development, Chinese characters(汉字) have evolved(演变)and been written into many different artistic styles(艺术形态), including the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells(甲骨文)and on ancient bronze objects)(古青铜器), the seal character(篆书), official script(隶书), regular script(楷书), running script(楷书),and cursive script(草书).
Many Chinese characters are pictographs(象形文字)and often the meaning of a particular character is apparent in the pictorial form of the character. Calligraphy, whether done with a knife or brush, can be renderedin ways that exaggerate the form, consequently yielding effects of artistic beauty(产生艺术美感). Calligraphy, therefore, has been traditionally a subject of artistic study. Down through the centuries(几个世纪以来。。。), Chinese calligraphers(中国书法家)have devoted substantive attention to studying the forms, laws, and theories pertinent to the art of calligraphy(倾注了巨大的精力去学习和书法相关的形式,规则和理论,其中高分词汇substantive 巨大,pertinentto 与。。相关). Moreover, their works have significantly influenced calligraphers of Chinese characters(汉字书法家)in Korea, Japan and Southeast Asian countries. People from these countries regularly visit China in search of calligraphic art.
Traditional Chinese calligraphy has not been influenced by the outside world. As a result, it constitutes a tourist resource. Most of the Chinese tourists areas have numerous(众多)inscribed tablets, including inscriptions on precipices(悬崖碑铭), horizontal inscribed boards(匾额)and couplets written on the scrolls(对联卷轴)hung on the pillars of halls. The Seven-star Cave(七星岩)of Guilin, widely known as a sea of stela(石碑的海洋), contains everywhere inscriptions from various dynasties(不同朝代).
