　　最近全球经济江河日下，许多朋友心情不是很开，想当年意气风发，现在却是节衣缩食，甚至波及留学市场。其实小新在这里一直是留学市场的“巴菲特”，就是“别人在最恐惧时我贪婪，别人在最贪婪时我恐惧。”现在的留学拿澳洲为例，平均学费由于汇率的关系一年至少省下5万人民币，再加上生活费8万至少，两年（通常硕士的学期）就会在16万。英国也很爽的，一年也会省下近6万，说不定到你留学的时候会省得更多。在经济危机的时候，与其作一份工资微薄的工作，还不如选择性价比更高的留学，待到学成时，很可能已等到“柳暗花明”时。所以现在大家如果想圆留学梦的时候，应该毫不犹豫地前行。
　　11月份的雅思考试并不会像天气和金融那么寒冷，10月份的2号球连考两次，短期可能性已不大。3号球和1号球最为可能出现在11月，同时稍加预防5号球。但是个人觉得1号球甚至必考，这是澳洲的信息，大家不得不认，3号球关键是两段论：From physical to mental。小作文个人觉得今年的最后一次流程图可能会出现，因为十二月份几乎是一个从不考偷袭题型的月份，那么我们就可以看看我流程图最权威的总结，每月都提及，不再细说。
