雅思写作常用动词替换

　　stress

　　He stresses the need/necessity for parents to listen to their childrencarefully.

　　Accentuate

　　The crisis accentuates the gap between rich and poor.

　　4.Develop 培养

　　Cultivate

　　Cultivate the ability of … 一般都是培养情操(sentiment)

　　Cultivate a more relaxed and positive way towards life

　　Nurture 养育/同样可以指培养人才(talents)

　　The sea nurtures ample marine animals.

　　5.break 破坏

　　Impair

　　Impair one’s ability 主要指破坏能力 切忌乱用

　　Undermine 抽象意义上的破坏 有削弱之意 重点在于循序渐进的过程

　　Undermine one’s ability/confidence/authority/position/credibility

　　Jeopardize 也不可乱用，破坏的东西要上一定的等级才能配上此词

　　Jeopardize the process of peace 破坏和平进程

　　Devastate 特指毁灭 蹂躏

　　The earthquake devastated the whole city.

　　6.keep 保存

　　preserve/conserve + natural resources 自然资源等保护

　　不可以换用protect+(具体的一些东西或人)
