Remarks: Full refund:全额退款

I admire her for her ambition to become a first-rate scientist.
Remarks:一流有很多说法哦, First-rate, Top-class, Leading, etc..
3.要不是听了你的话,他可能早就遇到麻烦了.
If he hadn’t taken your advice, he might have got into trouble.
Remarks:非常典型的虚拟语气,有点难,但是在我们不断的接触它们熟悉它们以后,它们就会成为我们生动的表达方式.
4.如贵方到期未能按时付款,我方将中止合同并提出索赔.
Should you fail to honor your payment in due time, we would terminate the contract and lodge a claim against you.
Remarks: Should 在很多句子里有”假如”,”居然”,”难道”等意思. Honor your payment, Lodge a claim 都是固定用法,是商务英语中很正式的语言,如果有一天你的老板要你起草一个英文合约,这些都是非常沉漂亮的句子.
5.在我们结束谈判之前我想在合同里加一个条款,我对口头约定不放心.
Before we wrap up everything, I’d like to add a clause to the contract. I’m not comfortable with the verbal agreement.
Remarks: Wrap up everything, 所有东东都打包了,什么都谈定了,很形像吧
