(BEIJING, July 8) -- At last week's Moscow SWATCH FIVB Grand Slam, the US beach volleyball pair of Nicole Branagh and Elaine Youngs lost to China's Xue Chen and Zhang Xi in the final, but with 4540 points secured for Olympic qualification, they have eliminated third-ranked Jen Boss and April Ross, joining the reigning Olympic champions Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh in making up the US Olympic beach volleyball team. Bronze medalist at Athens 2004 with Holly McPeak, Youngs teamed up with Branagh in the 2006 season.
