1) tongue-tied 说不出来，竟然激动得张口结舌
I get tongue-tied whenever I see Kyle. He's so handsome.

2) ants in your pants 不耐烦的，很着急
Gosh! I wish she'd relax. She has ants in your pants about something today!

3) heebie-jeebies 紧张的感觉
Walking home alone at night gives me the heebie-jeebies.

4) get worked up 变得很激动,很愤慨
My first day at work is tomorrow! And I'm all worked up about it!
Kyle hasn't called me back in 3 days.  I'm a little worked up about it!

5) don't get worked up 别生气, 别着急
Don't get worked up. You'll have a great first day at work.
Don't get worked up about it. Kyle will call you back soon!
