M: What’s your new job like?
你的新工作怎么样？

W: Oh, it’s fine. I’ve got a very nice secretary and a large pleasant office.

M: Um.
嗯。

W: And a company car.
公司还配了一辆汽车。

M: Very nice.
非常好。

W: Yes, it is. But I’ve got a lot of work too.

M: Well, that’s life, isn’t it?

I have never talked to the new people in No. 33. I don’t know their names. I think the woman is oriental but she could be South American. She is pretty at least I think so. She is quite short and slim with long black hair. But she’s got quite a pale complexion and very beautiful eyes. As to her husband, he is English. There’s nothing special about him. His father is quite a different person. He has dark hair and a short black beard. And he’s rather fat. Oh, he’s about to say ‘hi’ just to me. I would like to visit them this weekend.
