【重点词汇讲解】
1. Stand fast！站稳了！
    fast这里不是“快”的意思，而是意为“稳当、牢固”，例如：hold fast to dreams，紧紧抓住梦想。
2. secure the rigging 快去拿索具
    secure用作动词，表示“抢救、保住”；例如：I gotta  figure out how to secure my position during the recent recession. 最近经济不景气，我得想办法保住我的职位。
3. Hang on 坚持住
    类似的还有hold on，在美剧中医生经常对垂危的病人说这句话哦，有时候后面还会加上一句：Stay with me
4. I can't make out a heartbeat. 我听不到心跳。
    make out sth. 固定词组，表示“分辨出”，如：I can barely make out his silhouette in the dark. 在黑暗中，我几乎看不清他的侧面。
