与“生病”有关的英文口语

最近病得一塌糊涂，每次只有在病中遭受病痛的折磨才会觉得健康，好好照顾自己是很重要的。在病中，我一直在思考如何用英文来向医生表达生病的症状。于是，就有了今天这篇帖子。

I am under the weather. 我生病了，不舒服。

I have a headache. 我头疼。

I feel light-headed, nausea and vomiting.我觉得头晕，恶心，想吐。

My symptoms include loss of appetite, weight loss, excessive fatigue, fever  and chills.
我的症状包括没有食欲、体重减轻、非常疲倦、发烧和发冷。

I have been sneezing. 我一直在打喷嚏。

I have a runny nose and a sore throat. 我流鼻涕，喉咙痛。

I have a cold and cough for three days. 我感冒了，咳了三天了。

I have a stuffy nose and have to breathe through my mouth when I sleep at night. 我鼻塞，晚上睡觉的时候要用嘴呼吸。
