做Presentation时的实用口语表达

❶ 在演讲过程中，时不时地提醒观众你所讲的内容和他们的利益和兴趣密切相关。

➤As I said at the beginning…
正如我在开始时所讲的那样……

➤This, of course, will help you (to achieve the 20% increase).
当然，这能够帮助你（获得20%的增长率）。

➤As you remember, we are concerned with…
正如你所记得的那样，我们十分关心……的问题。

➤This ties in with my original statement…
这与我一开始的陈述相一致。

➤This relates directly to the question I put to you before…
这与我之前向你们提出的问题直接相关。

❷ 确保观众跟上你的思路

你所讲的内容对观众而言是陌生的，所以当你转到下一个要点时，要提醒观众知晓。你可以通过说"right"或者 "OK"之类的提示词来做到这点。

此外，如果你在使用提示卡，在查看的过程中，可能会产生停顿，观众就意识到你要转移到新话题上去了。以下为一些常用表述：

➤I'd now like to move on to…
现在我要说下一个..

➤I'd like to turn to…
我要转移到...

➤That's all I have to say about…
这就是关于……我所要讲的所有内容了。

➤Now I'd like to look at…
现在，我想来看一看...

➤This leads me to my next point…
这就把我引入下一个要点。

➤We all ought to be aware of the following points.
我们应该意识到以下几点。

❸ 引导观众看PPT

▌你精心制作的PPT上的图表，当然要好好介绍给观众：

▌给你的观众充分的时间来理解这些图表，稍作停顿，然后再解释为什么这些图表很重要。你可以使用以下表达：

➤From this, we can understand how / why…
从这里，我们可以理解……

➤This area of the chart is interesting…
图表的这一部分很有意思……
