The room hasn't been cleaned up yet. 房间还没打扫。

W: Hello, is this house keeper?
你好，你是客房服务员吗？

M: Yes, Madam, may I help you?
是的，女士，我可以为你服务吗？

W: This room 117, and we have just checked in.
我是117房的，我们已经登记入住了。

M: Yes?
什么事？

W: Our room hasn't been cleaned up yet.
我们的房间还没有打扫。

M: So would you send one of your house keepers to clean up our room.

W: Oh, yes. Madam, we'll come right away then. Your room number and your name, please?

W: Our room number is 117 and my name is Terry Chen.
