M: Hello, is Ms. Alice there?
喂，你是艾丽丝小姐吗？

W: This is she speaking.

M: I'm sorry to say your friend Ms. Barbara was injured when she was on the sightseeing bus.
我很抱歉对你说，你的朋友芭芭拉小姐在观光巴士上受伤了。

W: Oh, was she? Where is she now?
啊，是她吗？她现在在哪里？

M: She has been hospitalized in American Hospital and it might take a few days to recover.

W: Will you give me the telephone number of the American Hospital and is the hospital near here?

M: The telephone number is 222-1111. And you can reach there in 10 minutes by car.
