W: Do you have cold medicine?
你们有感冒药吗？

M: Yes, but do you have a prescription with you?
是的，但你有处方笺吗？

W: No, I don't.
不，我没有。

M: I'm afraid you can't buy any medicine without a prescription from a doctor.
如果没有医生的处方笺，恐怕你不可能买到任何药。

W: I have a headache. Is there anything I can buy without a prescription?
我头痛，如果没有处方笺我能买到药吗？

M: Then you can buy Aspirin.
那么你只能买到阿斯匹林。

W: I will take the Aspirin then. And have you a small first-aid kit?
那么我就吃阿斯匹林吧，而你有小型急救包吗？

M: Yes, here this is.

W: I'll take it too.
