M: The world changes, the family changes too.

W: What do you mean?

M: People now like a small family composed of two parents and one child.
人们现在喜欢由一对父母和一个孩子组成的家庭。

W: That is called a nuclear family.

M: I don't like such a family.
我不喜欢这样的家庭。

W: What kind of family are you like?
你喜欢什么样的家庭？

M: I like a family composed of many people. It includes grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles, and children.

W: It's a traditional family. It may be too large to live well.
那是传统家庭。这样的家庭太大了，可能很难相处得融洽。

M: We can live well, I think.
