2.3 Food Service 送餐服务

W: Room service, good afternoon. Can I help you?

M: Good afternoon, my name is Cooper. I am in room 1405. I'd like to order two ham sandwiches and a large pot of coffee. Would you please bring them to my room as soon as possible?

W: No problem, sir. Two ham sandwiches and a large pot of coffee.

M: That is it.

W: Is that all, sir?

M: Yes. Oh, wait a minute. You can forget the sugar and the cream. Just plain coffee will do and please make it very strong.

W: Ok, no sugar no cream, black coffee and very strong. I will bring it to you right away.

Room service, sir. May I come in?

M: Come in, please.

W: Mr. Cooper?

M: Yes. Just put them on the table over there.

W: All right. Here are your ham sandwiches, mustard, ketchup and coffee. Our sandwiches are ten dollars each and the coffee is 3.50. That all comes to $13.50 plus 20% service. The total is $16.20. Here is your bill.

M: Thank you. Can I have it all charged to my account, please?

W: Certainly, sir. Would you sign here, please? Thank you for using room service, goodbye.

M: Goodbye.
