用：引导that从句。也说needless to say
意：不用说一;很显然…;…是不言而喻的
例，It goes without saying that he's an excellent artist.
很显然他是位优秀的艺术家

注：It goes without saying that，...用来表述某种用不着解释或说明的很显然的事实。

用:指对某事很难或不可能进行猜测或判断。
意：说不准…;谁也不知道…;无法断定…;

说不准她什么时候露面.

无法断定接下来会发生什么事儿。
