用：用作警告，表示严肃的态度。或在对方答应为自己做某事时，确认时说这句话。
意：我可不是开玩笑的!我说到可是要做到的!
例，If you do that again, I'll call the police--arid that's a promise!
如果你再那么干，我就叫警察，我可不跟你开玩笑!
Anyone found pilfering will be dismissed imediately-and that's a promise!
