mention

Don't mention it.

用：答复别人道谢时的客套语。
意：不用谢.不客气
例，A: Thanks for your help.
多谢您帮助。
R:Oh, that's okay. Don't mention it, please.
哦，没事儿，请别客气。
注：有时答复别人道歉时也可以说此套语。意为没关系，没事。

I hate to mention it, but...

用：用来较客气地提醒某人某事，如欠款等。也说If ynu don't mind mymentioning it..。
意：对不起，我提醒您一下…;不好意思提醒您，，·
例，I hate to mention it, but you still owe me twenty dollars from last month.
不好意思提醒您一下，七个月向我借的20元钱还没还。
If you don't mind my mentioning it, you should fasten your seat belt first.
请允许我提醒您一下，您应该先系好安全带。

not to mention......

用：用来强调某一明显而又很重要的事实，借以更加肯定或强调前面提出的论点。也说to say nothing of.....;without mentioning... .
意：更不用说…了;再说…;此外还有一
例，It's far too late for you to go out and play football, not to mention the fact that it's still raining.
你现在出去踢足球实在是太晚，更别说天还在下雨呢。
This next programme is quite unsuitable for you to watch, not to mention it's past your bedtime.
下一个节目不大适合你看，再说也过了你正常睡觉的时间。
When she comes to stay with us, she brings all her jewellery with her, to say nothing of her three fur coats.
