用：指一段时间里，不变、不停地重复做一件事。
意：天天总是;老是
例，I have to be active---I couldn't sit around all day and everyday, now that I'm retired.
我得活动活动，现在退休了，我不能天天总这么待着。

用：随时;很快;就这两天
例，Mary' s baby i s expected any day nvw .
玛丽的孩子这几天就要出世了。
I' m expecting to hear from them any day now_
我期望这两天就能得到他们的消息(收到他们的信).

any day of the week

用：表示喜爱的程度，肯定自己的看法。
意：什么时候都…;绝对!怎么都行!
例.I don't like coffee. I'd rather have a cup of tea any day of the week.
我不爱喝咖啡，什么时候我都爱喝茶。
