Public opinion, or what gets called "common sense," is sensible and reasonable in countless areas. It's what you hear about from friends and neighbors; the stuff you take in without even thinking about it, but common sense is also often full of daftness and error.
公众意见，或是我们所谓的“常识”，在绝大多数情况下都非常合情合理。那是你从朋友或街坊邻居那听来的，是你甚至连想都没想过、就全盘接收的说法，但常识也通常充满了些愚蠢的观念及错误。
