A: I thought I would die laughing today!
B: Really? What tickled your funny bone?
A: Well you know that wisecracker in class? Well he got one right between the eyes from Georgia. He thought he had a funny joke to pull on her: What do you call a woman when she’s lost her intelligence? Well when you don’t know the answer, he says, “a widow,” but Georgia really got him. She looked at him with a straight face and said, “a man.” It was too funny for words!

A: 我今天差点没笑死呢。
B: 是吗？什么事让你那么乐？
A: 你知道我们班上那个爱讲俏皮话的人吧？他今天挨了Georgia当头一棒。他原以为可以用笑话捉弄Georgia一下。他问：“一个没有头脑的女人叫什么？”人们不知道答案时，他就会说是“寡妇。”可是Georgia制了他。她脸上没有一丝笑容的看着他，然后说：“是男人。”简直太搞笑了。
