get over 战胜或克服（困难，疾病），结束，来

如果后面接人物的话就会表示“忘记某人”，get over (with sth)或 get sth over it 则表示“结束某事”，“下最终结论”等。另外，get over to+地点是指“来到某处”。

例句：
