【It’s time主观意见句】
3. It is (high/about) time... 该……了。
◆ 疯狂讲解
“It is time…..” 后接从句，动词用一般过去时，意为“是做……的时间了”。这样的用法比较婉转。

It is high time you started preparing for the final exams.
（你该开始准备期末考试了。）

A: It is about time you thought about your career.
B: But I haven’t even graduated yet!
