poach:to take and use somebody/something that belongs to somebody/something else, especially in a secret, dishonest or unfair way 盗用;挖走(人员等) ~ (sb/sth) (from sb/sth)
The company poached the contract from their main rivals.
这家公司窃取了其主要竞争对手的合同.
Several of our employees have been poached by a rival firm.

I hope I'm not poaching on your territory(= doing something that is actually your responsibility).

morale:the amount of confidence and enthusiasm, etc. that a person or a group has at a particular time 士气
to boost/raise/improve morale

Morale amongst the players is very high at the moment.

Staff are suffering from low morale.

discontent:a feeling of being unhappy because you are not satisfied with a particular situation; something that makes you have this feeling 不满;不满足;不满的缘由 noun uncountable countable ~ (at/over/with sth)
There is widespread discontent among the staff at the proposed changes to pay and conditions.

drawback:a disadvantage or problem that makes something a less attractive idea 缺点;不利条件 noun ~ (of/to sth) ~ (of/to doing sth)
The main drawback to it is the cost.
