A: This agreement is made both in Chinese and English.
我们的协议有中文和英文两个版本。
B: Yes, and the two versions of agreement shall have equal status in law.
是啊，两个版本的协议应具有同等法律效力。
A: You are right. According to our version, if the shipment cannot be made within three monthes as stipulated, the contract will become void.
你说的对。根据我们的版本，如果没有在规定的三个月内发货，这份合同就视为无效。
B: Mr. White, we didn't add that term into our contract.
怀特先生，我们没有在我方合同中加入这一点。

A: No changes can be made to this contract without mutual consent.
未经双方一致同意，合同不能有任何变动。
B: Now I am telling you.
我现在正在告知贵公司我方的决定。
A: Negotiation is necessary in the contract signing process. One-sided changes have no legal validity.
在签署合同过程中协商是很必要的。单方面的改动没有法律效力。
