A: What do you do with surfing the Internet?

B: Well, finding out the latest news, chatting with some friends, playing games and things like that.

A: Have you ever bought anything this way?

B: No, never. I don't feel like shopping that way.

A: Why? Isn't it convenient for you to shop without moving to a store like this?

B: On-line shopping sounds easy and convenient, but it presents many problems.
