B: I’m afraid what you were told is not quite right, if you could meet him in person, and you’ll know he’s very agreeable and capable.

恐怕这个传闻不太正确，要是能亲自见到他，你就会知道他不仅平易近人而且很有能力。

A: Really? I hope to meet him soon.

真的吗？我希望能早点见到他。
