Police begins patrol on Olympics special driveways in Beijing

Armed policemen patrol on the Olympics special driveway in Beijing, capital of China, July 12, 2008. Armed policemen began on July 12 to patrol with 39 bulletproof vehicles on Olympics special driveways to deal with accidents and possible terror attacks. They are charged with the tasks 24 hours a day during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, to be held in August.
