　　Task1. What do you think is the biggest challenge for university students and why? Give details and examples to support your response.（2010.12.3NA）
　　One of the biggest challenges for students in university is getting used to college life during their first year. Students have a lot more independence in university and a lot find it hard to adjust to. In high school, even if you lived in a dorm, you were always told by the teachers or your parents what you should being doing. “Get up early in the morning,” “make sure you eat your lunch,” “after classes you have study hall,” everybody in bed by 22:30.” However at university, your mom isn’t there to tell you what to do. When I first came to college, I missed several morning classes because I was not used to getting up on my own. Also at university there is nobody to tell you to stop playing computer games.

　　选1.离家远，我们可以说
　　a.离开了父母和故乡的朋友，会日夜思念，甚至有了Homesickness，心情会不好，还可能影响学习，所以一定要调整好.
　　b.离开了家，没有了缓解压力的避风港，如果遇到了压力和不顺，可能没有地方缓解
　　c.离开了家太远，可能很难回家次，每当过节的时候都无法回到家人身边。
　　选2.没有时间休息
　　a.没有时间休息，因为课业压力会很大。如果调整不好的话，可能还会影响身体健康。
　　b.一时时间排得满满的，学生可能会适应不了，最后可能心情会很差，工作效率降低，心情后面会更差，很有可能进入一个恶性循环。
　　c.没有时间休息，可能会只懂得学习，失去很多其他的兴趣爱好。
　　选3. 交新朋友
　　a.来自很多城市，大家讲话可能都不一样，所以会很难交流
　　b.大家的文化都不一样，所以在交往中可能会产生很多误会或冒犯
　　c.大家的兴趣爱好都不知道是什么，一时间还弄不清除，所以很难有共同语言。
　　Task2. Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: In order to be successful, a person must have a university degree? Give details and examples in your response.
　　While there are some exceptions, like Steven Jobs, I think that for most people to be successful, they must have a college degree. Today’s society is rapidly advancing and education is a big part of this development. The economic situation has made it harder to find jobs. When you apply for a job, you have to compete with many other people. Having a university degree helps set you apart from the other people. My brother put off going to university for a few years, and he had a really hard time finding a job. He then went back to finish his degree, and is now a successful manager of a large store. A university education also helps prepare you for a more successful career. You will not find a person with a bachelor’s degree working as a store clerk, for example.

　　阅读：一个学生提议禁止在学校中心骑自行车,尤其在楼与楼之间。
　　理由一：因为很窄,对行人很不安全
　　＊可以找人专门监督学生不让骑自行车。
　　听力：主角反对。
　　理由一：其实很安全, 因为骑车的人很responsible 和小心。
　　理由二：专门请个人来看是否有人违规,太浪费资源和时间了。
　　解析：Topic: fit/explain
　　传统的第三题，一一对应，支持逐个支持，均在其后加细节。记得我们在课上说的方法和规律吧。

　　Reading：concept of Insight learning.
　　*在观察周围情况后，动物能相处解决问题的方案。这就是insight learning。
　　Example:?Chimpanzee can't get the bananas which linked to the top of its cage, after thinking, he moves boxes below the bananas, and get them?conclusion: animals will find the solution after thinking.

　　困难：女生的问题是不知道现在交作业好还是明天交好
　　解决方案一：现在交，好处是可以解脱了,并且还可以和朋友们去玩。
　　解决方案二：明天交，好处是可以再改改,争取好成绩。

　　Task 6.（2011.6.19NA）
　　Archeologists use different ways to decide the places where they should dig for findings.
　　1.Surface feature of the land. E.g. New Zealand. It has a typical structure. High land?
　　2. Plant: certain plants grow in certain places. E.g. Banana nuts tree were planted in Central American. These trees continue reproduction. So archeologists find the place that has banana nuts tree to dig.
　　解析：此题是考古一类的，比较有难度，不过条例比较清晰，所以应该难不倒同学们，此题为summary
