Fat Loss - IT'S NOT About Starving Yourself OR The Newest Diet Pill, It NEVER Was!
2008-05-15来源:
Admit it! you or someone you know is going through their life at this very moment very unhappy with their bodyweight. It takes a toll on them emotionally, mentally, and though they may seem 'peachy keen' about the whole scenario, the truth is that they are NOT.You've probably tried diet after diet, and read heavy claims of success about them all before you tried them, or saw some 'before - after' pics and got inspired to 'try' yet another weight loss plan. Why don't most plans work? * Simply WAY too difficult: Most won't stay the course or stick to the strict routines that the plans make you do, people don't have the time or devotion when first starting. They usually only make time and create devotion once they start seeing results. * Cost vs. Time: Plans can be all over the place with costs, only to find out once you purchase that you need to visit the supermarket and health stores to stack up on 100's or 1000's of dollars worth of 'stuff' to consume. They don't tell you that in order to keep up with the weight loss plan and keep the weight off, you must actually commit your body and supplements FULL TIME, for many years to come in order for your body to naturally start to create a neutral size of it's own, without the aid of these supplements or expensive meal plans. * No room to flex: This Christmas, while you are dieting, you'll tell yourself "i'm with family, I'm with friends, it's just a few meals, I can cheat and get back on track tomorrow or soon after". The truth is that with most plans if you cheat, you just lost a month or two of progress because you deviated your body from what it was trying to do, and gave in to belief that by 'tomorrow' you will get back on track, and you'll slowly cheat more often in smaller ways always thinking that you can fix it later. You're already trying to fix something VERY important, you should never cheat to then fix a fix of a fix. errr... you get me... There is no diet will let you 'cheat', however some do have at least room to flex so you're not drinking water and eating carrots while your family and friends dig into the turkey, gravy, stuffing, mmmm. * Energy: Do you have any idea how much energy workouts, jogs or even walks can take out of a person that is just starting their plan? It's enough to fully exhaust and drain you for the day, now who's going to look after the kids, get laundry done, get dinner made... most will do an exorsize or two, realize that 'damn, this is tough', and give up because some book told them to go for a 10K jog despite assessing their state or providing a comprehensive gradual scale (no pun) to their efforts. * motivation: If your plan just talks about food, how to eat and what to eat - that won't be enough for most. You need guidance, you need someone motivating you, you need your plan to help you with weak moments, pick you up when you're ready to give up. Often people will rely on their friends or colleagues to help them 'stay the course', which is difficult for a friend or relative to do without offending or nagging constantly, then perhaps being blamed for not doing enough or for being the reason they quit. You MUST be influenced and motivated by your plan. It MUST take you through every step from start to finish, on and off the scale/meal plan/etc. motivation will always be your decisive shadow either pulling you down or pumping you with the devotion you need to LOSE the weight and keep it off this time.So which plans should I use? Why?Lately Low Calorie plans and low carb diet plans seem to do well, however there are a few things to note about these as well: They REALLY slow down your bodies fat burning engine, and you will plateau soon, and be able to lose any more weight no matter how hard you try. This is actually one of the worst things you can do to the human body.Low fat diets are usually seen as 'the oldest trick in the book', if it's such an old and well known routine, why is our society getting bigger every year despite all the 'low fat' packaging and sales pitches?Joining a plan such as Weight Watchers or Jenny Graig are very VERY slow progress plans spread out over time. These also have mandatory supplements and meal plans which you MUST buy and stick to. Nothing accelerated about them and if you don't have a LOT of time and money on your hands, i'm sorry they will do little for you and your membership will be as useless as that gym membership you might have once owned (or do now, but never go...).I've written about Accelerated plans in the past, and nothing has changed, there are ONLY a few out there that work well - and this comes with quantifiable stats with thousands of happy slim converted customers. One such program is called the FatLoss4Idiots fat burning diet. It's a great FatFiler that the internet is just eating up (no pun) and has few if any negative reviews. The research is there, and if you are ok with all of the above working against you, or are comfortable with the horrible side-effects of popping pills, then you may not need to visit the site ahead. However you are going down a very destructive path that becomes harder and harder to reverse as time and weight grow against you (pun). The best thing to do is read, absorb, and get educated about what you need to do in order to achieve your goal in a safe, realistic and EFFECTIVE way. Stop thinking that there is a way to 'cheat' the fat, you MUST learn how to 'BEAT' the fat. The plan I'm going to show you ahead comes strongly recommended, and it is in your best interest to read and absorb EVERY last ounce (again no pun) of valuable fat loss information ahead.
