做了CT的羊 肉更好吃?

　　We've long had meat in a can, but now farmers are bringing us meat that has had a scan.

　　A CT scanner is being used on sheep in a quest to breed the leanest lambs.

　　CT扫描仪的新用途是给准备生小羊崽的母羊用。

　　The scans mean producers can breed and sell healthier sheep that produce the leanest meat. It is hoped the
technique will help revitalise the ￡822m-a-year lamb industry, which has seen sales fall in recent years.

　　扫描后牧民可以哺育并卖出更健康的羊，产出最瘦的肉。大家希望这个技术能帮助提振价值8亿两千两百英镑的羊肉市场。最近几年羊肉的销售一直在下滑。  

　　In the past, farmers relied on an expert eye to pick the best ram in the flock - the one with the highest muscle content and lowest amount of fat.
