10岁男孩企图强奸8岁女童受法庭重判

　　Boys of ten who tried to rape an eight-year-old girl are spared jail

　　Two boys who were ten when they attempted to rape an eight-year-old girl were spared being locked up yesterday after a judge said they didn’t know how serious their actions were.

　　近日，英国2名11岁男孩因企图强奸1名8岁女童而被判3年特别监护，法庭判决的理由是，“他们还太小，不知道他们的行为后果有多严重。”这一判罚引发了青少年权益保护团体的抗议，英国社会也众说纷纭。

　　Mr Justice Saunders could have imposed youth custody of two years or more on the pair who became Britain’s youngest sex offenders when they were found guilty at the Old Bailey last May.

　　Instead he gave the boys, who are now 11, a three-year supervision order each. Their mothers must also sign the sex offenders register for two and a half years on their sons’ behalf.

　　Both women were themselves handed 12-month parenting orders.
