每个工作日结束前要做的11件事

6.Make a new to-do list. Determine what you must accomplish the next day and have a plan of how you will use your time to manage your priorities. You’ll probably update or expand your to-do list the following morning, but it doesn’t hurt to compile a preliminary list the night before.
6.制定新的工作任务表。决定第二天必须完成的任务,制定一个有关如何利用时间来优先完成任务的计划。第二天早上你可能会更新或者添加任务列表,但在之前先制定一个初步的任务表也没有坏处。

7.Based on the day’s events and input, reflect those changes on your master to-do list so that when you start your day, you’re that much further ahead of the game. Anything you can do to have a head start in the morning will help you achieve more productive days and a more productive career.
7.根据当天的活动和信息,把这些变化情况都写到你的任务表上,那么当开始新一天工作的时候,你已经遥遥领先了。在早上如果可以领先一步的话,那么一整天都会更有效率,也会拥有更高效的职业生涯。

8.Reflect on the day. If you can make time to reflect on your best achievement or success that day, you could end up walking out with a spring in your step.
8.反思当天的工作。如果你可以花时间回想一下当天取得的成绩或成功,你就能以轻松踏出办公室来结束一天的工作。

9.Say good bye. We tend to think about the importance of checking in and saying good morning to kick off the day, but we forget that it can be just as important, and make us feel good as well, to say a friendly and proper good bye to everyone.
9.和大家道别。我们都知道在早上上班时要和大家打招呼从而开始一天的工作。但是我们却忘记了,在下班的时候用一种友好恰当的方式和大家道别也同样重要,并且这会让我们感觉良好。

10.Leave on a positive note. Find something positive that makes you feel good about your job and make sure that moment is the last thing on your mind before walking out the door. If you have people reporting to you, say a few words of encouragement before you head for the door. Most workers want to feel appreciated and know they’re making a difference in the big picture.
10.以积极的态度离开。找出一些你对工作感到满意的积极因素,确保你带着这种愉悦的心情走出办公室。如果有人向你汇报工作,在他们离开前说一些鼓励的话。大部分员工都希望被别人赏识,被别人认为是能干出一番事业的。

11.Leave your stress at the door. When you walk out that door commit to leaving your stress behind. Leaving the office at the end of the day can be tough, but carrying your stress home with you won’t serve any good. Your family needs you to be present, so do what you can to make sure your stress stays at the office.
11.把压力留在办公室。当你走出办公室的时候,一定要把压力留在身后。在工作日结束的时候,把一切留在身后可能很难做到。但把压力带回家绝对没好处。家人需要你,所以尽量把压力留在办公室吧。
