Wake up, go to work, sit at a desk, leave work, sit on the couch, go to bed, rinse and repeat. How often does this become our default schedule?

Physical well-being has been scientifically proven to be correlated with cognitive awareness and performance. Working out, either at the gym or on the field, in a yoga class or in the pool, is vital to not only maintaining a healthy body, but a healthy mind as well. Drop the soda and turn off the TV, grab water and hit the track. Make time for your body.

I was talking with a colleague the other day who said, “I would rather work with Team X on a project and take two weeks, than work on Team Y and get it done in one week.” To find success you must have the capability to effectively work with others and promote a positive working environment.
