全国多地相继出台'催生'二孩政策

A number of regions across China have granted extended benefits to local couples as part of efforts to promote families to have a second child.

In addition to the 98 days of nationally-mandated maternity leave, 31 provinces, regions, and municipalities have reportedly given extended leave to mothers ranging from 138 to 158 days. New mothers will also be paid during their maternity leave.
据报道，除了全国规定的98天产假外，31个省区市将产假延至138-158天不等。新妈妈们在产假期间也会照常发放工资。

And fathers have also been granted entitlements to paternity leave ranging from 15 to 30 days on average.
此外，爸爸们也获得了陪护假，平均15-30天左右。

As well as longer maternity leave, additional benefits extended to families that have a second child include financial allowances and medical services.
除了更长的产假，政府还给予生养二孩的家庭津贴、医疗服务等更多福利。

In Shihezi, a city in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, mothers who have a second child will be offered subsidies worth up to 1,000 yuan. The city will also provide second-child families with subsidies for baby milk formula for up to three years.
在新疆乌鲁木齐自治区的石河子市，二孩妈妈可以获得1000元的补助。此外，二孩妈妈还会获得3年的奶粉补贴。

Xiantao in Hubei is providing subsidized reproductive medical services to mothers who have a second child.
湖北省仙桃市则为二孩妈妈提供了生育补贴医疗服务。

And Liaoning is considering introducing policies that reward families who choose to have a second child, according to a guideline released by the provincial government last month.
