“国庆住我家”火遍全网,网友:出租自己家行不?律师提醒……

  尽管现在距离十一假期正式开始还有几天时间,但是很多细节已经提前预示了这个长假的热度。

  据媒体消息,海南三亚、云南西双版纳的部分豪华型酒店假期价格上涨近3倍,经济型酒店的价格也普遍翻倍。除酒店以外,不少民宿也十分抢手。

  一位湖南长沙的网友介绍,她家一共三室两卫,主卧国庆假期自住,两个次卧可以出租,只接受女生入住,日租188元,10月1日后已经订满。
