In gymnastics,

Zou Kai from China, with five Olympic gold medals, won the gold medal in the men's floor exercise.

The veteran says he's not done competing.

"My ambition is to set new records. I'm looking forward to winning a sixth or even a seventh Olympic gold medal. More medals, anyway."

Zou's teammates, Yao Jinnan and Liao Junlin, added two gold medals in uneven bars and rings.

In weightlifting,

China overtook North Korea at the top of the Asian Games weightlifting medals table when world champion Xiang Yanmei comfortably saw off Ryo Un-Hui in the women's 69kg.

This is the first gold medal for China's women weightlifting team at these Games.

Meantime, some ill news has been reported from the competition.

Two more athletes, one Cambodian and one Malaysian, have reportedly failed doping tests at the Inchon Asian Games.

The Cambodian is a female tennis player and the Malaysian is a male Wushu athlete.

So far, three positive cases have been reported at the Asian Games.
