Expect More from Sino-US Education Exchange
Health officials in the US city of Dallas say as many as 100 people may have had direct or indirect contact with the first person diagnosed with Ebola in the United States.
Despite the new warning, health officials in Dallas are attempting to alleviate concerns about the possibility of an Ebola outbreak in the city.
Clay Jenkins is a Dallas County Judge.
"Remember that the only person who had symptoms is Mr. Duncan who is in the hospital. No one who has been around Mr. Duncan during the time he has been symptomatic has shown any indication of having contracted Ebola.
Four additional people have been quarantined since the case was first confirmed.
So far none of those thought to have had direct or indirect contact with the patient are showing symptoms of Ebola.
The outbreak of Ebola in West Africa has so far left over 33-hundred dead in Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone.
The first Ebola patient in the US travelled from Liberia to Dallas last month.
