CRI听力:Marco Fu moves into Last 32

Marco Fu of China's Hong Kong beat Liam Highfield of England 6-4 to move into the last 32 on day two of the 2014 International Championship in the city of Chengdu.

The 36-year-old said that he was pleased with his performance overall.

"Yeah, Liam played very well today, just put me on pressure. He is the favorite to win the match and put me under a lot of pressure. He's making 56 breaks almost every time he gets in and it is very difficult for me today. Yes, I'm pleased that I fought all the way through. I didn't play great, but I didn't give up. So it's a very pleasing performance."

Chinese tour rookie Zhou Yuelong impressed in a 6-1 win over Chris Melling with a top break of 85.

He was also satisfied with this performance.

"I'm satisfied with my performance on the whole. I think the draw has been kind to me. I took my chances well today. Hopefully I can have a good run in Chengdu or at least play my game in style."

Xiao Guodong beat Eden Sharav 6-2.

Wang Zepeng lost to Mitchell Mann 5-6.

And it was Zhao Xinlong stunning Kurt Maflin 6-3.
