CRI听力:Seattle, Green Bay Advance to Division Championships
The Division Championship series in the National Football League have been fully set.
The NFC Wild Card games this Monday morning have seen the Seattle Seahawks squeek by the Minnesota Vikings 10-9.
Vikings kicker shanked a 27-yard field-goal in the last minute to allow Seattle to advance to the NFC semi-finals.
Despite a limp offense, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll says he's still happy with the outcome.
"It was an amazing defensive effort on both sides of the ball. It was one of those all-day jobs for both sides. They did a fantastic job and they did a nice job getting their first downs and doing things that made it hard on us enough where they got their points. And then we just had our little burst in the fourth quarter that made a difference."
The Seahawks will next be up against Carolina.
This Monday morning's other Wild Card game was a lot more decisive, with Green Bay rolling over Washington 35-18.
The Packers will face Arizona this coming weekend.
