The 11th G20 Summit will be held on September 4th to 5th of this year in Hangzhou, China. As world leaders start to arrive in the southeastern city, our reporter Doris Wang caught up with former Australian prime minister, Kevin Rudd, to find out what he thinks should be on the agenda at the meeting.
