Director General Dr. Francis Gurry of the World Intellectual Property Organization describes China's progress in patent applications as 'remarkable.'
In an exclusive interview with CRI's Wu You at the ongoing China International Import Expo in Shanghai, Dr. Gurry also stressed the important role of innovation to human progress, and of copyright protection to innovation.
