Donald Trump is repeating his pledge to repeal Obamacare after the federal government said premiums will rise sharply next year and many consumers will have just one choice of insurers. Trump told a rally in Florida that Hillary Clinton will expand the federal healthcare program, causing taxes to rise dramatically.

Clinton was also campaigning in Florida where she assailed Trump for refusing to say he'll respect the outcome of this year's election.

A small group of Christians lit candles and held a vigil for the victims of the Pakistan's police academy attack which killed more than 60 police trainees and wounded more than 120.
