The FBI says it appears agents shot and killed one of the country's ten most wanted fugitives. North Carolina medical examiners will confirm if the suspect was Greg Carlson. He was wanted for multiple armed sexual assaults.
Washington State is dealing with heavy snow, closed roads and power outages. One town that is stuck under several feet of snow declared a state of emergency.
