North Korea and the United States have agreed to resume nuclear negotiations this weekend, followed a months-long stalemate over the withdrawal of sanctions in exchange for disarmament.
Nuclear negotiations have been at a standstill for months following a February summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and President Donald Trump.
An arch bridge over a bay in eastern TaiWan has collapsed, sending the span and an oil tanker truck falling onto boats in the water below. At least 11 people are feared trapped or missing.
And Jimmy Carter is celebrating his 95th birthday, the first U.S. President in history to reach that milestone.
Carter has no public celebrations planned but in the coming days, he will be in Nashville to help build houses for the habitat for humanity.
