Israel and Islamic Jihad in Gaza have announced a cease-fire went into effect Thursday morning. The fighting killed at least 34 Palestinians and paralyzed parts of Israel.
And Kentucky election officials are set to double-check last week's governor's race results Thursday. Republican governor Matt Bevin trails by more than 5,000 votes, hasn't said if he'll concede if the numbers don't change.
