China's ambassadorto the United Nations ZhangJun said the U.S.should be held responsible for its "irresponsible behavior" in the handling of the coronavirus pandemic. Zhang made the comments on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly following President Donald Trump's remarks earlier Tuesday, where he said the UN must hold China "accountable" for failing to contain the coronavirus.
Police in Kentucky's largest city have begun preparing for possible unrest as the city awaits the state attorney general's announcement about whether he will charge officers in Breonna Taylor's shooting death. Police said they were trying to plan ahead of time to protect both demonstrators and the people who live and work in Louisville's downtownarea.
