Vice President Mike Pence held a rally in North Carolina on Sunday. White House officials dismissed speculation that Pence would campaign less in-person, as the coronavirus affects some of his top staffers.

President Trump is expected to visit almost a dozen states as Election Day draws near. Democrat Joe Biden is also expected to hold a combination of socially distant in-person and virtual events in battleground states.
Trump's supporters and opponents scuffled in New York's Times Square as a pro-Trump motorcade drove through the city. At least seven arrests were reported.
