A: Excuse me, young man?
B: Yes, ma’am?
A: Could you point me in the direction of the bank? I’ve lost my way.
B: Certainly, ma’am. Just take these stairs down to the first floor and turn left. You can’t miss it.

B：什么事，这位女士？
