美国的救世计划对于中小型企业来说究竟有多少裨益，这些钱能够挽救多少企业？

Many small business owners want to see the government change how it does business with them. Over the past 6 years,more than a dozen senator investigation showed billions of dollars earmarked for the little guy or devolved devote to Cooper giants from Washington.

Small business advocates say the government join bailout does nothing to address contracting fraud and abuse. The government is legally required to award 23% of its contracts to small companies those are defined as independently owned operating firms with up to 500 employees. Layer Chatham is president of the America's small business league. He says instead most of the business goes to the big guys.

You can image what happens when you pour 100 billion dollars a year out of the classic economy while all the jobs created where most Americans' work and vert their money to Fortune 500 corporations of shifting jobs overseas.

In one of the investigation, the interior departments inspector general discover small business contracts were finding their ways to campanies. In other cases, bigger corporations broughts more firms and kept their contracts.
